I have to admit, I was a little nervous about buying a $9,000 wheelchair from a website and people I've never met before. But then I called you guys and you did a great job of setting my mind at ease. Marc was very helpful in making sure I was buying the right chair for my Dad. After I had made my decision, the chair arrived in less than a week! I was amazed. The chair was expertly packaged and arrived in beautiful condition. The chair has been a tremendous help to my Dad. Dear Marc

Thank you so much. I received my Permobil C300 on Friday. I absolutely love it.  I have been confined to a chair for almost 40 years and it is the most comfortable chair I ever had. A person came to our retreat center this weekend. Her adult son needed a new scooter or power chair. I GLADLY recommended your company and directed her to your website.

I have purchased 2 power chairs from Marc's Mobility, great company to work with and I have been totally satisfied with both chairs. The 2 chairs that I purchased was a Hover-round and a Jazzy heavy duty select 14, both these chairs were used as outside work chairs. I'm taking care of 3 acres and these power chairs have made it a lot easier. They were only slightly used and at a reasonable price, I'm a 71 year old double amputee that loves being outdoors. Marc's mobility took care of the shipping; they were fast getting the chair to me and stand by their equipment so they get a 5 star rating from me.....

I recently purchased a Joystick controller for my older style Hoveround from Marc's Mobility. I had many question before I ordered the part, mostly because of the cost of the unit. Alex answered everyone single questions, quickly and totally. Only had to call them once ,that was to order the part from...The receptionist who was totally professional, I would rate them 4 of 5 stars, I will buy all my parts from them when I need them. I enjoyed my interactions with all the staff of Marc's Mobility. The part was shipped and arrived 2 days before it was promised. Once the part arrived and i was able to install it, I was able to get out more. Bad lungs and bad knees have me pretty much homebound, but my hoveround and the controller that Marc's sent me gave me more freedom back. Thank you to the whole staff at Marcus Mobility, LLC

Hello Marc, the 1103 chair was delivered on Friday! You packaged it well, I like the smaller seat, it makes navigating inside a lot easier. I put it on one of the external charger after I got it up to the house, the controller showed only one green light. One hour later the charger light turned green and stopped charging, and the controller showed 3 green. Thanks Marc for getting this chair to me so quickly…

Just to let you know that the Jazzy Ultra 1103 ordered for my wife the other week arrived in Fallon, Nevada on Wednesday January 25. The trucking firm delivered the chair on the date that they had indicated and within the time-frame they promised. The chair was certainly well packaged and protected and arrived undamaged. The truck driver was very courteous and helped me move the shipping palette from the truck down my long driveway to my door.
The machine is everything as represented by you and more. My wife is absolutely thrilled with the power chair and the state of maintenance and repair performed by your firm. The chair is practically as new and will, no-doubt, serve her needs for many years to come.

Dear Marc and Alex,

That’s a splendid scooter, and your service is splendid.  The moving company did an exemplary job/ easy to track/ called me/ the delivery driver unpacked it for me and moved the scooter into my garage.  I’d use them again myself, whenever the need arises.

Although I intended to  swap the seat lift mechanism to my 20-year-old present Hoveround, which had a broken lift gear assembly, on seeing “your scooter” I suddenly realized that keeping your very nice and new-looking scooter intact and simply using the “old” batteries in your scooter made a lot more sense.  My old one is destined for the scrap heap, as soon as I remove the tires, armrests and whatever I might have use for in the future.  My neighbors who needed moving boxes also love me, as I made them a gift.  The driver took away the pallet, when he’s not supposed to, saving me the trouble of disposing of it.
