Is your website secure?
Have peace of mind when shopping with your credit card on our secure website. Extensive steps have been taken to process thousands of transactions each day, including using industry-standard secure server software (SSL).
This software encrypts all your personal information into an unrecognizable code that is securely transmitted from you to us. This encrypted information reaches our secure server, and we translate it back to its original form. It is then stored safely offline, making it inaccessible to others.
As part of our dedication to your security, every credit card processed is run through an address verification process. This process verifies that the card is registered to the billing address on the order.

Can I order over the phone?
Absolutely! We understand it's sometimes easier to talk to a "real person " when placing an order. Call us Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern time at 1-800-677-6293.
Which payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. Please keep in mind that we do obtain authorization on your card at the time of your order for the total amount of your order.
How can I track my orders online?
You will receive a link that allows you to track your order. Once your order ships, you will receive another email with tracking information (if available).
How is my order confirmed?
After placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent. If you place an order with us but don't get a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If not, please contact us to get you set up.
Will I be charged tax?
Tax varies based on the state and also the type of item that you are purchasing. In some States some items are exempt, where other states may require a prescription to be exempt and in some cases there is tax on items with or without a prescription. Please ask us at the time of purchase if there is tax or not on the selected items.
Can I get free shipping?
Most of our items include FREE shipping! Our policy applies to most addresses within the contiguous 48 states that a major carrier can deliver to. Chairs are packaged with care and shipped directly to you with minimal delay.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. However, if you live outside the continental United States (i.e., Canada, Alaska or Hawaii), please contact us. We can arrange to ship your order at a standard rate.
When are your delivery times?
Marc’s Mobility is not responsible for shipping delays resulting from credit card/billing issues, product availability delays or order changes made after placement.
If your order is received, the inventory is in stock and your credit card information matches the information you supplied with your order, please expect the following:
UPS Domestic:
Ground - If your order is placed Monday through Friday before 1 p.m. MST, your order will usually leave our facility the following day. UPS picks up orders from our facility at the end of each weekday.
The following day is considered shipping day number one. To judge how long it will take UPS to get your package from our facility to your doorstep, please visit UPS.com. Please note we ship from the following zip code: 33811.
3 Day Select
If your order is placed Monday through Friday before 1 p.m. MST, your order will usually leave our facility the following day. UPS picks up from our facility at the end of each weekday. The following day is considered shipping day number one.
Your order will arrive on your doorstep in three days, starting with shipping day number one.
2nd Day Air
If your order is placed Monday through Friday before 1 p.m. MST, your order will usually leave our facility the following day. UPS picks up from our facility at the end of each weekday. The following day is considered shipping day number one.
Your order will arrive on your doorstep in two days, starting with shipping day number one.
Next Day
Air If your order is placed Monday through Friday before 1 p.m. MST, your order will usually leave our facility the following day. UPS picks up from our facility at the end of each weekday. The following day is considered shipping day number one.
Your order will arrive the day after the order is placed if your order is placed before 3 P.M. MST.
IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS
UPS does not pick up or deliver orders on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays. The days that UPS is not picking up or delivering are NOT considered shipping days. When counting your shipping days, please consider this important information.
*We are not responsible for the performance of UPS. Once a package leaves our facility, it is out of our hands. If you need to file a claim for a package that was lost during shipping, please contact our shipping department. We will file the claim on your behalf. UPS only guarantees and accepts claims for fast shipments, not ground shipments. Additionally, UPS does not guarantee all air shipments during the Christmas holiday. USPS:
Priority Mail
Marc’s Mobility only ships USPS priority mail. On average, shipping takes three days. USPS orders are usually shipped the following shipping day (Monday through Friday) after the order is placed. Priority Mail is not guaranteed by the U.S. Postal Service.
There is no way to track or file claims for orders shipped with the U.S. Postal Service.
