I have purchased 2 power chairs from Marc's Mobility, great company to work with and I have been totally satisfied with both chairs. The 2 chairs that I purchased was a Hover-round and a Jazzy heavy duty select 14, both these chairs were used as outside work chairs. I'm taking care of 3 acres and these power chairs have made it a lot easier. They were only slightly used and at a reasonable price, I'm a 71 year old double amputee that loves being outdoors. Marc's mobility took care of the shipping; they were fast getting the chair to me and stand by their equipment so they get a 5 star rating from me.....

We bought a Hover round from marcs mobility within the last year. It has provided my handicap brother to increase his ability to get around the house and yard. Without this chair he would not be able to be a little more Independent. I found marcs web site and was contacted within 2 days. My order was placed and we received the hover round in a timely manner. Thank you for your service.

Hello, Marc! Thank you for working with me on the scooter. We live in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountain, and our home is on the side of one. Uphill, downhill, omg! We moved here to be significantly closer to our daughter and grandchildren. I was able to figure it out and used it to get around today and I really enjoyed being independently mobile for the first time in years. It really sucks to be housebound because of a physical challenge like really badly damaged knees. I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. I'm glad to have found your website, and will definitely refer you to anyone I may meet or know.

I bought a used Harmar Scooter lift from Marc’s Mobility almost a year ago. The unit was the hydraulic one with the arm that automatically folds down and holds the scooter in place. Marc gave me a great price, compared to what it would of cost new and excellent delivery time on the unit. Marc also guided me through how easy the installation from the pallet to the car would be, and how simple the electrical harness was to install… I received the unit in the same “like new” condition that Marc had advertised, and it works very well for my 84 year old father in law, and he is able to use it himself for loading and unloading. It is refreshing when dealing with an online company, that integrity and honesty is at the forefront of how this company does business. We will do business again. Thank you Marc’s Mobility for helping me helps a family member stay mobile!!!

I recently purchased a Jazzy chair and Harmar lift from Mark's. Everything works as described. The equipment was in "Like New" condition and has worked perfectly. The freight and packing were great. Why would anyone buy new when Mark's will give "new equipment" at less than half the price of new. Thanks for great products and service.

Is your website secure?
Have peace of mind when shopping with your credit card on our secure website. Extensive steps have been taken to process thousands of transactions each day, including using industry-standard secure server software (SSL).

Can I order over the phone?
Absolutely! We understand it's sometimes easier to talk to a "real person " when placing an order. Call us Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern time at 1-800-677-6293.
Which payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. Please keep in mind that we do obtain authorization on your card at the time of your order for the total amount of your order.
How can I track my orders online?
You will receive a link that allows you to track your order. Once your order ships, you will receive another email with tracking information (if available).
How is my order confirmed?
After placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent. If you place an order with us but don't get a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If not, please contact us to get you set up.
Will I be charged tax?
Tax varies based on the state and also the type of item that you are purchasing. In some States some items are exempt, where other states may require a prescription to be exempt and in some cases there is tax on items with or without a prescription. Please ask us at the time of purchase if there is tax or not on the selected items.
Can I get free shipping?
Most of our items include FREE shipping! Our policy applies to most addresses within the contiguous 48 states that a major carrier can deliver to. Chairs are packaged with care and shipped directly to you with minimal delay.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. However, if you live outside the continental United States (i.e., Canada, Alaska or Hawaii), please contact us. We can arrange to ship your order at a standard rate.
When are your delivery times?
Marc’s Mobility is not responsible for shipping delays resulting from credit card/billing issues, product availability delays or order changes made after placement.

If your order is received, the inventory is in stock and your credit card information matches the information you supplied with your order, please expect the following:

UPS Domestic:

Ground - If your order is placed Monday through Friday before 1 p.m. MST, your order will usually leave our facility the following day. UPS picks up orders from our facility at the end of each weekday.

The following day is considered shipping day number one. To judge how long it will take UPS to get your package from our facility to your doorstep, please visit UPS.com. Please note we ship from the following zip code: 33811.

3 Day Select

If your order is placed Monday through Friday before 1 p.m. MST, your order will usually leave our facility the following day. UPS picks up from our facility at the end of each weekday. The following day is considered shipping day number one.

Your order will arrive on your doorstep in three days, starting with shipping day number one.

2nd Day Air

If your order is placed Monday through Friday before 1 p.m. MST, your order will usually leave our facility the following day. UPS picks up from our facility at the end of each weekday. The following day is considered shipping day number one.

Your order will arrive on your doorstep in two days, starting with shipping day number one.

Next Day

Air If your order is placed Monday through Friday before 1 p.m. MST, your order will usually leave our facility the following day. UPS picks up from our facility at the end of each weekday. The following day is considered shipping day number one.

Your order will arrive the day after the order is placed if your order is placed before 3 P.M. MST.

IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS

UPS does not pick up or deliver orders on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays. The days that UPS is not picking up or delivering are NOT considered shipping days. When counting your shipping days, please consider this important information.

*We are not responsible for the performance of UPS. Once a package leaves our facility, it is out of our hands. If you need to file a claim for a package that was lost during shipping, please contact our shipping department. We will file the claim on your behalf. UPS only guarantees and accepts claims for fast shipments, not ground shipments. Additionally, UPS does not guarantee all air shipments during the Christmas holiday. USPS:

Priority Mail

Marc’s Mobility only ships USPS priority mail. On average, shipping takes three days. USPS orders are usually shipped the following shipping day (Monday through Friday) after the order is placed. Priority Mail is not guaranteed by the U.S. Postal Service.

There is no way to track or file claims for orders shipped with the U.S. Postal Service.
